Mr. Ding Shuibo, 53 years old, is the founder, chairman of the board, and CEO of our group. Mr. Ding has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the sports equipment industry, mainly responsible for the overall corporate strategy, planning, and business development of our group. Mr. Ding currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of our group and the President of several subsidiaries of our group.

Mr. Ding studied entrepreneurship courses at Peking University and Tsinghua University in 2004 and 2006 respectively, and took the China CEO/Financial CEO course at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2011. He also completed the CEO program at the China Europe International Business School and the Executive MBA program at Xiamen University in 2014. He also studied sports and leisure industry management at China Europe in 2015, the "Leading the Future CEO Program" at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance in 2016, the "Global CEO Program" at Harvard University in 2018, the "Entrepreneur Scholar Program Phase 7" at the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University in 2019, and the "Entrepreneur Scholar Program" at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2023. He is the elder brother of Ms. Ding Meiqing and Mr. Ding Mingzhong.
