Founded in 1987 and officially established as the brand XTEP in 2001, the Group was listed on the Hongkong Stock Exchange on 3rd June, 2008 (01368.hk). In 2019, the group started its Internationalization strategy and included Saucony, Merrell, K-Swiss and Palladium under its flag to launch itself as a leading International group within the industry with multiple sports brands and to satisfy customers' various demands for sports products.
